Com, CGA (Bill's son) is responsible for accounting, computer systems, and brokerage management. He has been with us since 1987. Cathy Wood, R.I.B. (Ont.) CIP (Bill's daughter-in-law) has her diploma in Business-Insurance, and is a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP). She is responsible for personal & commercial insurance sales and service. She has been with us since 1998. Howard House, R.I.B. (Ont.) is a Registered Insurance Broker. He's responsible for personal insurance sales and service. Heather Wood, R.I.B. (Ont.) (Bill's wife), Wilda Porter, R.I.B. (Ont.), CAIB, CIP, and Virginia Avery, R.I.B. (Ont.) provide customer service for any address or vehicle changes you need to make on your policy. They will also help you with any payment questions you may have, or assist you in filing a claim on your policy. Emily Thurgood and Bobby-Rae Giff look after our digital file imaging.
